Sunday began with a Eucharist in the hotel. Then a little breakfast in the Cafe.

A walk to the riverfront brought the group to the Cafe du Monde - famous for their beignets (a French donut).

We then spent the next two hours in a mule-drawn coach with a knowledgeable (and funny) tour guide.

We saw every inch of the French Quarter - including a cemetery. (!)

Along the way we stopped at Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop (a tavern) for some "curbside" service.
